I believe balance is key. There is no one size fits all when it comes to exercise – or nutrition. Find a way to exercise that fits your lifestyle and makes you happy, something that you love and that way you will never get board or lose motivation.

I am always coming up with new workout sets and routines and thought I may as well write them up and share them to help someone else out there! I love the gym, so a lot of them are gym based but please feel free to improvise with any exercise.

Do not over complicate it ~ moving your body is exercise
