This blog will be filled with everything health, nutrition and wellness plus loads of healthy recipes to nourish the body. I am currently coming to the end of my studies in Health Science: Nutrition and Exercise Science with a goal of completing my Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics in the next 2 years. I have found a profound passion in all things health, cooking, nourishment, food, exercise and overall wellness.
Through my studies and experience of food, fitness, weight loss and clean eating I have decided to incorporate everything I have learnt and continue to learn, into a blog to teach others what has and hasn’t worked for me and maybe correct a few ‘health myths’ and ‘facts’ that float about these days. I hope I can teach you all what I have learnt through not only my studies, but also through myself.
I am just starting out on this journey and am new to the blogging world, but I hope I can provide tips, tricks and healthy recipe ideas and alternatives to make a small difference in the health of my audience.
